Job description
Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to perform care management duties using established guidelines and to plan transitions across the continuum of care.
You will mentor staff, coordinate services inside and outside the network, negotiate fees when needed, and work with patients, families, physicians, and facilities to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care per clinical guidelines.
