Job Location: Belfast, ME - Belfast, ME 04915

Position Type: FT Salary

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $94,000.00 Salary/year

Job Shift: DayCoverage Area: Within 60-mile radius of Bangor office

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Qualifications

On An Average Day You Will:

(includes, but not limited to)

Make a true difference—one patient, one family, one compassionate moment at a time.

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on current and prior medical history

Deliver attentive, one-on-one support to patients and their families, ensuring comfort, dignity, and understanding

Conduct thorough assessments of physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the care journey

Accurately monitor and document vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure

Administer physician-ordered medications and treatments with skill and empathy

Educate patients and their families on care techniques and symptom management

Track and communicate changes in patient condition, ensuring timely and effective responses

Keep detailed and up-to-date clinical notes to reflect patient progress and quality of care provided

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery

And contribute to other supportive duties as part of a compassionate, mission-driven team

And additional duties as assigned

What You'll Bring to The Team

A heart for hospice care and a commitment to exceptional service

A valid Registered Nurse license in good standing in the state you will work in

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

CPR certification (current)

Strong observational and communication skills—both written and verbal

A flexible, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support additional duties as needed
