Job description
Mille Lacs Health System (MLHS) seeks a Registered Nurse to implement and oversee patient plans of care. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
Responsibilities include admission assessments, accurate charting, patient advocacy, care coordination, and adherence to infection control standards. This role reports to Home Care and Hospice supervisory staff and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekends/holidays.
