Job description
RN.com is seeking an RN Case Manager in Louisiana to coordinate patient care from admission through discharge. The role requires collaboration with physicians, nurses, and external providers to ensure treatments align with each patient’s medical needs and recovery goals.
The 13-week assignment runs 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with rotating weekends; MediTech and Midas are used. Start date is 8/31/2026, and eligible candidates hold a LA/compact RN license and BLS.
