Job description
Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation in Mississippi seeks a registered nurse case manager to coordinate patient care across settings and engage patients and families in a collaborative planning process. You will apply InterQual criteria, assess needs, and develop discharge plans while collaborating with physicians, nursing, social work, and other staff to ensure safe transitions.
Requires RN licensure and 3 years acute care experience.
