Job description
Interim HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in Manchester, NH to manage a defined caseload with direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services in the community. The role supports a schedule that can be full-time or part-time from our Manchester office.
The ideal candidate holds a NH nursing license, with 2+ years in skilled care and 1+ year in nursing supervision, plus CPR certification. Reliable transportation is required for community visits.
