Job description
The Waters is seeking an RN Case Manager to support the Director of Health and Wellbeing and oversee daily clinical operations within our community. You will coordinate nursing processes, collaborate with providers, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for residents.
Responsibilities include supervising health and wellbeing staff, conducting assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation while responding to emergencies as needed.
