Job description
Redcrest Home Health LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) to oversee patient care from assessment through treatment, ensuring compliance with care protocols. The RNCM will manage multi-disciplinary team interactions and educate patients and families about care processes.
