As a Case Manager at Interim HealthCare, you will have the freedom to create and manage your schedule to provide personalized care for your patients. Job Responsibilities
One-to-one patient care
Arrange your daily and weekly schedule to suit your needs
Care coordination for better outcomes
Variety of home visits including medication checks, wound care, IV infusions, and assessments
Electronic charting completed on iPad provided for you
Job Requirements
Good Communication Skills
Florida RN License
1 year of experience
