Job description
Amedisys in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager for a full-time role. You will perform patient assessments and collaborate with the care team to create individualized care plans. We offer competitive pay ranging from $78,000 to $88,000 annually and various benefits including mileage reimbursement and a supportive work environment.
