Job description
Amedisys is seeking a registered nurse case manager with home health and OASIS experience for a full-time role on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) plus one weekday. You will assess patients, coordinate care, supervise LPNs and HHAs, and document progress.
This position offers attractive pay ($83,000-$90,000 annually), choice of benefits, PTO, and the Fleet vehicle program. You will join a leading home health and hospice company committed to patient-centered care.
