Job description
Amedisys is seeking a registered nurse case manager to join our home health and hospice team in Massachusetts. This full-time, days position covers a territory including Middleboro, Lakeville, Taunton, Berkley, Freetown, Acushnet, New Bedford and surrounding areas.
