Job description
Peoples Hospice and Palliative Care in Florida is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to assess, implement, and coordinate patient care. You will develop Plans of Care, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with the Clinical Team to meet quality and cost-effective goals.
The role requires current Florida RN licensure, CPR certification, and valid driver’s license. Experience with PPS guidelines, OSHA/JCAHO standards and OASIS data collection is essential for success in this position.
