Job description
Caris Healthcare is seeking a Case Manager RN to provide hospice care, assessing and coordinating patient plans per physician orders. This role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $70,000 to $73,000 per year, depending on experience.
The RN will manage total care plans, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and uphold Caris Healthcare’s mission of compassionate, high-quality hospice services across the Southeast region.
