We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full timeOn-Call Registered Nurse (RN)Case Managerposition in the Beaumont area.
Job Description:
The Registered Nurse On-Call position includes the followingjob duties: Admissions, Discharges, and Pronouncements.Assisting the Triage Nurse and some assessments are required.
Qualifications:
Licensed RN in the State of Texas - required
1+years'experience as a RN - preferred
Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred
Effective written and verbal communication
The ability to travel usingreliable transportation
Clean background,drug screen, and driving record
