Job description
St. Francis Medical Center in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated RN Case Manager to oversee admission and care coordination.
This role focuses on quality, cost containment, and collaboration with care teams to ensure appropriate and timely patient management. Qualified candidates will have a current RN license and 5+ years of nursing experience, with preference for case management experience and CCM certification.
