Job description
Right at Home Boston Northwest is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) / Case Manager to join our new Hyannis office. You will conduct in-home assessments, manage care plans, and support caregivers while building relationships with clients, families and referral partners.
We offer full-time or part-time schedules, competitive pay with incentives, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and mileage reimbursement as the Cape Cod office grows.
