Job description
Jupiter Medical Center in Palm Beach County seeks an experienced RN Case Manager to lead the interdisciplinary team, coordinate patient care from admission to discharge, and ensure appropriate treatment plans. You will liaise with physicians, nurses, discharge planners, and insurance providers to ensure the patient receives required services while meeting state and federal payor criteria.
