Job description
Mid-Jefferson Extended Care Hospital in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Case Manager to coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations of the Case Management and Utilization Management programs. This role directs activities to ensure appropriate utilization of hospital resources while maintaining high standards of patient care.
The ideal candidate holds an RN or LVN license, with at least three years of full-time management experience including two years in Case Management, and is proficient in English.
