Job description
Good Shepherd Skilled Nursing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to lead a resident-centered household and support staff in delivering high-quality care. You will oversee medication administration, care planning, and timely admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and physician orders.
