Job description
Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an RN Case Manager for Team Health Workers' Comp to oversee all aspects of care for employees injured on the job. You will work with the workers' compensation carrier, third party administrator, treating providers, the employee, and various departments to facilitate appropriate treatment and care for work-related injuries.
