Job description
Atlas MedStaff LLC. seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager for an outpatient clinic in Sitka, Alaska. You will manage a diverse patient caseload, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop personalized care plans in a fast-paced, community-focused setting.
You will educate patients, administer medications as needed, and coordinate care to ensure safe, culturally responsive services across the continuum of outpatient care.
