Job description
AccentCare, Inc. is seeking an RN Case Manager to oversee patient care plans from admission to discharge and coordinate with nurses, LPNs, and CHHAs to ensure quality care within the plan of care. The role is full-time with a M-F schedule, 8:30am-5pm, and requires an active MI RN license and CPR certification.
The compensation is paid on a per-point basis with a $86,000-$96,000 annual range, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.
