Preferred Private Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our home health team in a dual role as RN Case Manager and Quality Assurance Nurse. The ideal candidate will have strong home health experience, excellent clinical documentation skills, and proficiency with Axxess software.
This position is responsible for patient case management, clinical oversight, chart auditing, and ensuring compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations.
