Job description
Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse for PRN care management across Mercy Hospital Watonga, Kingfisher, and Logan County. You will advocate for patients, identify barriers to care, and develop goals with interventions, coordinating across care settings using telephonic and virtual visits.
You will work with inpatient teams for handoffs, engage patients and families, and apply knowledge of pathophysiology and cardiovascular/respiratory conditions.
