Job description
RN Case Manager I – Telephonic / Field – Northeast Kansas. The role is field‑based with 10‑15% travel across Wyandotte, Johnson and Miami counties. Requires residence in Kansas and current RN license. Schedule: 8am – 5pm, Monday‑Friday.
Responsibilities include ensuring member access to health services, conducting assessments, implementing care plans, coordinating resources and interfacing with medical leadership.
