Job description
CornerStone Medical is seeking a registered nurse to fill a temporary-to-permanent RN Case Manager role in Elizabethtown, NC. The position is on-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with on-call every fifth week.
Compensation is $55 per hour plus mileage reimbursement; eligible for permanent conversion after the contract period. You will perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate with providers, ensure care plans are implemented, and advocate for patients while protecting privacy.
