Job description
We’re seeking a compassionate, Texas‑licensed RN with at least one year of nursing experience to join our Case Management team. In this role, you will provide critical support for pediatric patients receiving Private Duty Nursing (PDN) services in the home. Ideally possessing a background in PDN, you will utilize your strong clinical and communication skills to serve as the bridge between our bedside nurses, families, and physicians. This Full‑Time, Monday–Friday role (with some on‑call) requires a professional with excellent time management who is dedicated to ensuring quality and continuity of care for our “Little Warriors.”
