Job description
Paycom is seeking a Case Manager in Hinesville, GA to assess patient needs, develop and monitor treatment plans, and coordinate inter-disciplinary care. The role reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and supports the Swing Bed Program to ensure smooth transitions of care.
The candidate should hold an active Georgia nursing license and a current BLS Provider certification, with experience in chart auditing and regulatory interpretation. On-site position with hospital-affiliated responsibilities.
