Join us for an engaging 13-week contract as an RN Care Manager in York, Maine, where you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating patient care and discharge planning within a hospital setting. This position offers flexibility with variable shifts, including 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or four 10-hour days from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with no on-call requirements but weekend and holiday rotations. You’ll liaise with healthcare teams, community organizations, and patients to ensure smooth transitions and appropriate resource allocation. The role is ideal for experienced RNs seeking to make a positive impact while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of southern Maine.
