n nJoin our team supporting the Cardiac Cath Lab Department at Scripps La Jolla as a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will be flexible and easily adapt to the changing needs and tasks of the department. The Prebys Cardiovascular Institute at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla, features an advanced cardiac catheterization lab offering 24/7 emergency and elective care. As the region's largest cardiovascular program includes six specialized cath labs, one electrophysiology lab, and a six-bed recovery area, specializing in TAVR, angioplasty, stenting, and structural heart procedures. As a Cath Lab RN, you will:
nnMonitor patient prior to and after the procedures
nAdminister medications
nassist physicians during Cath procedures (both scheduled and emergency) angioplasties, pacemaker implantation and other cardiac procedures
n n$4K New Hire Incentive and $3K Relocation if moving from 100 miles.

n nRequired:
nnn1 years recent experience as an RN in the Cath Lab, ICU and/or ED
n
nnCurrent CA RN License
n
nnBLS and ACLS for the Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association (AHA)
n
nnAbility to speak, read, and follow instructions in English
n
nnMust have excellent interpersonal skills
n
nnAbility to demonstrate positive behaviors
n
n nPreferred:
nnTwo (2) years Cath Lab experience.
