About This Role
As an RN in the Telemetry unit at Cleveland Clinic, you will provide exceptional patient care and support throughout the patient care journey. This role is ideal for dedicated caregivers who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to enhancing patient experiences.

Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift
What You'll Do
Provide general and specialized direct and indirect patient care.
Perform accurate and complete admission assessments.
Assess and document patient's pain levels utilizing appropriate protocols.
Prioritize and document patient problems based on assessed needs.
Monitor and document patient's condition and effectiveness of care.
Evaluate, update, and revise plan of care to achieve outcomes.
Delegate components of the nursing care plan to other nursing team members.
Plan delivery of patient care in collaboration with other disciplines.
Requirements
Education:Completion of a recognized course of study from an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN program)
Experience:2 years of recent experience in acute care areas utilizing telemetry monitoring
Licences & Certifications:Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
NIH Stroke Scale certification within the last year preferred
