RN - Charge Nurse Emergency Department Nights
Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department, working full-time night shifts. This role is ideal for a registered nurse who excels in leadership and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care by effectively utilizing resources and supporting staff.
Facilitate quality patient care by maintaining efficient systems and procedures that empower nursing staff. The position requires flexibility, including weekend and holiday shifts. Strong leadership skills or prior leadership experience are highly valued.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or completion within three years.
Three to five years of related clinical nursing experience is preferred.
Must possess positive interpersonal skills, effective organizational and teaching abilities, and strong leadership qualities. Visual and auditory acuity are essential. Clear and concise communication skills are required. The role involves significant standing, walking, bending, and lifting, and may include exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials through skin, eye, mucous membrane, or parenteral contact.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
