Job description
The RN Clinical Charge Nurse at Wellstar Health System leads the on-shift clinical team to ensure safe patient care and efficient unit operations on a night shift.
You will supervise and delegate patient assignments, collaborate with physicians and care managers, and uphold nursing standards and evidence-based practice within the WellStar governance framework.
Experience in acute care, strong leadership, staff development, and rounds with multidisciplinary teams are essential.
