Job description
Sauk Prairie Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a registered nurse to float among our clinics. The role requires providing comprehensive nursing care, assisting physicians with procedures and patient education, and maintaining high safety standards.
The candidate will use the nursing process for assessments, plan care, and implement interventions while coordinating patient flow and referrals. BLS is required within 3 months; ACLS preferred; Wisconsin license or eligibility is needed.
