Job description
NavitsPartners seeks a Clinic Nurse (RN) for an Adult & Pediatric Clinic in Dansville, NY. You will plan and oversee daily nursing services, support providers in patient adherence, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities include triage, EMR documentation, immunizations, wound care, chronic disease management, and care coordination across in-house and external services. Strong RN licensure and BLS are required.
