Job description
Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Clinical Care Leader (CCL) role. You will provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
This position emphasizes communication, patient education, and teamwork to ensure safe, high-quality care. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is strongly preferred; an active RN license is required. Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is valued.
