n nHow you’ll make an impact in this role
nnnCoordinate nursing program activities, resources, care plans, and therapy programs within a clinical specialty or department.
n
nnOversee program implementation, recommend and enforce clinical standards, policies, and procedures, and act as a resource for nursing staff.
n
nnSupervise nursing staff, ensure implementation of care plans and therapy programs, and secure required equipment and resources.
n
nnAssemble, maintain, and coordinate all required clinical and program documentation.
n
n nWhat minimum requirements you’ll need
nLicensure / Certification / Registration:
nnnBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
n
nnRegistered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
n
nnAdvanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
n
n nEducation:
nnDiploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
n nAdditional Preferences:
nnnPrevious cardiac experience needed
n
nnExperience with LVAD desired
