Job description
MidState Medical Center, part of Hartford HealthCare, seeks an RN Clinical Coordinator to support coordinated, patient-centered care on our acute care units. In this role, you’ll blend direct bedside nursing with leadership, overseeing daily clinical operations, staffing, and workflow while serving as a resource to the team. You’ll champion evidence-based practice, quality, and safety, support staff development, and collaborate closely with providers and disciplines to deliver compassionate, high-reliability care to our diverse central Connecticut community.
