RN-Clinical Coordinator
Starr Regional Medical Center is currently seeking talent to fill the position of RN-Clinical Coordinator for our Oncology Department. This job is permanent, full-time.

Core competencies include, but are not limited to the following:
Coordinates staff scheduling, educational/development activities.
Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of clinical services.
During tour of duty, maintains constant communication between all nursing areas and the reception area in order to facilitate a smooth throughput of patients.
Provides basic direct patient care as needed.
Treats patients and their families with respect and dignity.
Provides "just in time" education for staff during tour of duty.
Assists physicians with procedures.
Reports all incidents or unusual events to their proper supervisor.
Understands and practices within the scope of practice as a RN.
Abides by and promotes the behavioral performance standards as set by the facility.
Minimum Education
Associate's degree in Nursing: Preferred X Required
Required Licenses
(Tennessee, United States) Registered Nurse
Current Registered Nurse License in State of Tennessee or another compact state: Preferred X Required
Required Skills/Certifications:
The below certifications will be required at the time of hire:
