Job description
USPI Arizona Specialty Surgery Center is seeking a Clinical Director RN Full Time to lead clinical departments within a fast-paced ASC environment. The CD will uphold Standards of Nursing Practice, ensure high-quality patient care, and supervise staff to align with the center’s mission and goals.
The role requires extensive OR/critical care experience, valid RN license in Arizona, and strong leadership with a focus on regulatory compliance and staff development.
