Job description
Hospice of the West seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to lead as Clinical Director in Phoenix. You will head an interdisciplinary team of RNs, aides, social workers, and chaplains, coordinating care and ensuring adherence to guidelines with key collaborators including the Program Director and Hospice Physician.
We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and a path for growth. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 8 am–5 pm with on-call rotation in the Phoenix territory.
