Job description
Advocate Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Nurse in Park Ridge, IL. You will perform chart reviews to improve documentation quality and collaborate with physicians and coding staff to ensure accurate DRGs and risk of mortality reflection.
The role requires a BSN, current Illinois RN license, and at least 5 years of clinical experience; CDI or coding knowledge is preferred.
