Job description
Hillsboro Medical Center seeks a Clinical Specialty Leader (RN) to serve as the clinical role model and content expert across Labor & Delivery, NICU, Pediatrics, and the Women’s Clinic. This position focuses on education, competency development, and staff growth with no direct supervisory duties.
The ideal candidate has recent Women’s and Children’s Services experience and certification in Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) with NRP and/or STABLE Instructor credentials.
