Job description
St. Bernards Healthcare in Jonesboro, AR seeks a Training Specialist to develop and deliver SBMC clinical training for nursing staff and administrators.
You will collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure consistency in training across departments, optimize training materials, and manage scheduling and delivery of sessions for diverse clinical teams. You will educate staff on processes for all electronic health records (EHRs) to stay compliant with current regulatory and payor quality
