Job description
Westminster-Canterbury of Lynchburg in Lynchburg, VA, seeks an RN Clinical Team Leader to join Westminster at Home for Home Health and Hospice. The role coordinates care, assesses patient needs, plans, implements, monitors and evaluates services to meet health goals.
You will lead a team, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, perform chart audits, and support data quality and the organization’s philosophy. On-call and weekday hours apply; full-time benefits provided.
