Job description
UnitedHealth Group in Bloomfield, CT is seeking an RN Clinical Lead to oversee daily clinical operations in a medical practice. You will supervise a clinical team, coordinate with Regional Nurse Managers, and provide direct patient care.
The role is full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday with potential Saturday rotation). You will triage patients, document in the EHR, manage referrals, ensure infection control, and support care delivery with a focus on quality and patient safety.
