Job description
Kindred Hospital San Diego is a 70-bed LTAC dedicated to extended recovery with 24/7 clinical care. This RN role delivers direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, and collaborates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
You will participate in discharge planning, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and educate families. Requires RN licensure and BLS; ACLS preferred. Strong communication is essential.
