BAYADA Home Health Care in Garden City, NY is seeking an RN Clinical Manager for Skilled Nursing, serving both adult and pediatric clients in Nassau County. Lead a clinical team delivering high-acuity nursing care at home, with oversight of assessments, care plans, and documentation.
