## RN Clinical Leader - Youth Crisis Stabilization Unit (Nights)Apply: Main Campus, Columbus, OH: Part time: Posted 2 Days Ago: R-26124**Overview:****Schedule: Night shifts (11p-7:30a)****0.8 FTE (32 hours per week - 4 x 8 hour shifts)****Starting pay: $43.71/hr, plus $5.20 Night Shift Differential. Pay to commensurate with experience. Benefits Eligible.****Job Description Summary:**Manages nursing staff and nursing activities for an assigned department, including patient care, record-keeping, budgeting, and personnel issues. Practices professional nursing and promotes patient advocacy in accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and maintains a current Ohio Nursing License.**Job Description:****Essential Functions:*** Oversees nursing and UAP staff in documentation, patient care, staffing, and clinical competencies. Serves as a clinical expert for policies, procedures, documentation, and skills.* Assists in the training and development of new and existing staff members, including performance appraisal.* Assists in supervising clinical operations.
